Our Process:

Demolition and Base

Removal of existing materials, rough grade of the area to create a solid sub base. Installation of bander boards and crushed base.

Compacting Base

Compact base by vibrating, tamping and rolling the gravel. This ensures the base is solid so nails can be driven into turf.

Weed Barrier

Installation of a weed barrier. The weed cloth layer prevents any growth from coming out of the base through the turf.

Laying Turf & Seaming

Installation of the turf to fit the area, securing the turf edges with nails to hold it in place.

Infill Application & Final Groom

The infill layer acts as a balance to hold the blades upright and provide additional weight to the turf. Final grooming.
